Hi! I am Shelby. Yes- both like the Shelby Cobra and Shelby from the movie “Steele Magnolias”. - I was named after both. Photography is something I believe in - It can never be replicated because moments are fleeting and photographers are charged with duty of capturing it.

I have been photographing weddings for the last 12 years - but my journey as a photographer started well before that. In total, I have been a photographer for the last 16 years.

I believe in the quality of a photograph - not quantity. Many photographers can pick up their camera and take a sharp photo. Being a photographer is more than you standing in front of the camera for a photo - it is how the photographer composes that image, it’s their vision, execution and also how they have made you feel while doing it.

Being based in both Charleston, SC and Scottsdale, AZ - Weddings have taken me to many place - New York, Montana, Colorado, Florida, Texas and so many more. I can go anywhere your wedding day dreams take you
